What payment methods are accepted?

We accept visa, mastercard, eftpos, cash or can setup a direct debit. We also accept cheques and bank transfer.

What are your opening hours?

Our storage facility is open 24/7 with pin code access. Our office is open 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 3pm on Saturday and Sundays and some public holidays.

What can’t I store at Cockburn Central Self Storage?

Most items are accepted at Cockburn Central however you can not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosives goods. Everything else is fine.

Do you offer services for both household and business customers?

Cockburn Central Self Storage is a leader in the industry and has services available for both household and business customers.

Can I buy boxes and other packing products from Cockburn Central Self Storage?

Yes, Cockburn Central Self Storage offers a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies.

Do you have moving trolleys available?

Cockburn Central Self Storage has inside units with access through a hallway and by lift. We have trolleys, pallet trolleys, mattress trolleys and fridge trolleys and are available free of charge.

Do you have video cameras?

Yes our storage facility has cameras covering every angle of the site with 24/7 recording and back to base security monitoring.

How do we access the site?

Cockburn Central Self Storage is only accessible by PIN Code access. You cannot enter the storage facility without a PIN Code.

Do I need to lock my unit?

Yes, you can purchase a lock at the storage facility. You lock it, you keep the key!

Can I book a reservation?

We give you the flexibility to book a reservation, to help you organise your moving. Call our office for details.
