No, we do not store sea containers on site. We can however offer you storage with our larger 3.0 x 6.0 and 3.0 x 7.5m storage units. Contact our office on 9414 9800 for more storage options.

Can I store my truck, semi trailer, motorbike, quad bike, jet-ski, scooter ect?2018-12-04T02:45:00+00:00

This one is a little bit tricky!

Yes, BUT only if you’re looking to purely store the vehicle. Protective sheeting must be placed under the vehicle to catch any oil leakages if being stored in lock up storage.

No if you’re looking for somewhere to operate a business from or are seeking to come in and out on a daily basis with your vehicle. Unfortunately we have had issues in the past storing these types of vehicles/businesses, damaging out site, endangering our clients and frequently abusing our security systems. As security and safety is our number one priority we get very touchy about offering this type of storage.

If you are unsure please do not hesitate to contact our office administration and they will help clarify whether we are able to offer you storage 🙂

What if I loose my keys?2018-12-04T02:42:48+00:00

This happens more frequently than you can imagine! Don’t worry, we have bolt cutters on site to help with the removal of your padlock. We do however require a valid form of government issued photo identification to be presented to the facility administration from the contract holder of the storage unit. This is an important step as we can’t just cut your padlock off for anyone but yourself!

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY the contract holder can authorise the removal of the padlock, and will require to be present at the time of removal. No exceptions!

You can purchase a 40/50 mm padlock for your storage unit in our office for a minimum of $11. You are required to supply your own padlock, that way when you leave our facility you take the padlock. As we do not provide managed self storage units, we do not keep copies or hold your keys for you on site at any stage.

Our facility is monitored 24/7, 365 days a year by Sentinel Security. We have an array of secut\rity cameras, laser beams and motion sensors to monitor and protect your goods. The site perimeter is enclosed by high fences and a state of the art 27 wire electric fence (soon to come).

The facility pest control is maintained quarterly for rodents such as rats and mice, insects including spiders and cockroaches. Rodent bait stations and repellent sprays are used on site. During the length of your stay, while your storage unit remains padlocked we are not able to spray within your space; as such we recommend storers place down their own baits just in case. Many storers do not find this a necessary precaution however it is strongly recommended especially for long term storers.

We store everything from household furniture, outdoor furniture, pool tables, pianos, toys, books, bicycles, sporting equipment, camping equipment, tools, garage items, bikes, cars, boats, trailers, buses, caravans and much much more!

Under the Self Storage Agreement you cannot store the following goods: illegal or stolen items, explosive, inflammable and hazardous items, perishables such as food and drink, chemicals or petroleum and paints or solvents. Along side these items, we do not recommend storing personal documents such as passports, birth certificates, wills to persons or deeds to properties ect.

Yes, you can set up a Direct Debit bank transfer into our account with the following details (We bank with ANZ):

Please ensure your name and unit number is referenced on the payment so we can allocate the moneys received to the correct. Moneys not correctly identified will sit in our account until the owner comes forth.

PLEASE NOTE: make sure you allow 2 working days for banking payments to transfer into our account. If your account is overdue access will remain suspended until the payment has cleared. Please be aware the payment may take longer if your billing date falls on a Friday or a long weekend, payments will be processed when the office is due to reopen.

The agreement upon which you sign states that “the storage fee is payable in advance and it is the storers responsibility to make payment directly to the facility owner on time, and in full, throughout the period of storage” (Clause 4a of the Standard Self Storage Agreement).

We accept many forms of payment such as: Cash, Direct Debit, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Diners, Eftpos, CreditCard, Cheque and money orders; However your first months rent must be an immediate payment via Cash, Eftpos or Credit Card which will be taken upon sign up.

If the storer becomes overdue, the facility reserves the right to deny access until all fees are brought up to date. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions as outlined on your storage agreement may result in your account being terminated. For more information please refer to your copy of the agreement, or by contacting facility administration.

As per the requirements in which we operate under, issued by the Self-Storage Association of Australasia, all clients must provide a valid form of government issued photo identification. IE: Driver’s license or Passport

We give you the flexibility to book a your storage unit or parking bays 14 days before your move in date to ensure a storage unit is available for your big day!
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?2018-10-02T09:50:19+00:00
The office hours, are the hours of operation that the office is open. During these hours the facility administration will be able to assist you with your storage needs and/or packing supply needs.

The gate hours, are the hours of when your unit can be accessed. The facility offers the longest offered operating facility hours in Perth with standard access hours from 5am – 10pm; 24 hour access is also provided however based upon request.

If you require access outside of your standard access hours, just ask the facility administration prior to the time it is needed, it can be provided instantaneously and at no additional cost.

Our customers can enjoy extended access  hours to their units or bays from 5am – 10pm 365 days a year. We also provide 24 hour access to clients who request it.

Self storage prices vary dependent on the size of the unit you wish to rent. Pricing can vary from as little at $2 per day to $14 per day. We keep our costs to a minimum by offering fixed rate storage to our clients and with no additional fees such as administration charges, unit bonds or deposits or cleaning fees. We will also beat our competitors valid quotes by 10 % should you receive a better quote elsewhere.
